Brandfolder is seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance to drive and advance our digital asset management platform that serves design and marketing professionals at companies like Sonos, jetBlue, and Facebook. This role will specifically be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking the success of marketing campaigns that funnel leads into Brandfolder’s enterprise sales pipeline. Success for this position will be quantified by the volume and quality of leads generated through all channels.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality results, effective cross-functional communication, and thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple projects on tight deadlines.


  • Manage in-house demand generation marketing efforts and agency relationships for Brandfolder
  • Drive qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Direct design and manage campaigns (emails, landing pages, supporting copy) in Hubspot
  • Manage database segmentation with a focus on accuracy and quality, to ensure appropriate audiences are receiving the right communications
  • Report on campaign performance (within Hubspot and Salesforce) and share results with stakeholders, including identifying opportunities to improve and scale campaigns in real-time
  • Assist with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across all marketing channels to refine Brandfolder messaging and maximize conversions.
  • Develop reporting that delivers visibility and ROI insight across all campaign activities while continuously analyzing results to make improvements
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing
  • Provide overall support to Marketing & Sales


  • 3-5+ years experience and verifiable success in a SaaS setting
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, Marketo, Unbounce, Optimizely, and Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of KPIs including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, and CAC
  • Experience with event marketing and content marketing across multiple formats
  • 2+ year experience with marketing automation software and CRM software, 3+ years in SEM, Display/Programmatic, and Paid social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to track and report on campaign performance


  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • ESP and email campaign experience
  • Knowledge of branding tactics and rollout
  • Basic HTML / CSS skills
  • DAM experience
  • Previous work experience in a startup environment
