Brandfolder is seeking a Director of Sales to join our fast-paced team. Your primary role will be to lead and facilitate the day to day pipeline and tactics of the Account Executive team. You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like TripAdvisor and Slack, by providing tools and strategic insights that increase their brand engagement. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within our New Business Operation
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Manage the Account Executive team (Inside AEs and Outside AEs)
  • Create and Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress
  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ changes
  • Establish a referral network with potential partners and find ways to maximize value from those connections
  • Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as Brandfolder grows
  • Facilitate market research and influence marketing spend and campaigns

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required
  • 7+ years experience in sales management
  • 10+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
  • B2B Software Experience, preferably in Martech
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for Brand
