Brandfolder is seeking a Dedicated Account Ops Executive to join our fast-paced team. As Brandfolder furthers its reputation of white glove, top tier support, we are seeking out a Managed Services professional to serve as the key contact with our select Enterprise Customers. This role will not only handle the day to day tasks within an account but also the long term strategy of the account. This role will also be dedicated to ensuring the success of the client, the subsequent renewal, and fostering/identifying expansion opportunities to hand off to our AEs. Responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to the below:


  • Manage the ongoing organization of taxonomy within Brandfolder
  • Asset ingestion from various sources to populate Brandfolder
  • User management and permissions set-up
  • Monitoring of usage, privacy, and asset expirations
  • Delivery of Advanced data and analytics
  • Manage Brandfolder including the design of workflow, asset ingest, tracking, reporting, development of metadata and classification standards, training staff on procedures and system
  • Manage user accounts and control access
  • Manage metadata tagging projects
  • Manage projects to address new collections and heritage assets to ensure Archive is representative of the company’s evolution
  • Execute strategy and objectives for the Archive
  • Ensure quality control of images entered into the DAM
  • Ensure effective metadata tagging, file structure, and find-ability
  • Facilitate retrieval of previously cataloged assets
  • Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system
  • Provide hands-on training and support for new internal and general users
  • Work with other departments on longer-term publishing and projects that make use of the assets in the collection


  • 2-5 years experience in a client facing role
  • A highly organized, task driven approach
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders within our customers' organizations
  • The drive to own high-impact projects from day one
  • A track record of understanding project scope, driving usage/engagement and delivering consistent, quality results
  • A passion for helping others and solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
